How I work
You're hiring a partner who has seen enough production incidents to stay boring on purpose.
Clean architecture matters, but so do deadlines. I pick the simpler solution when the simpler solution holds up — and I flag when it won't.
Azure is home turf. I design for scale, but I don't over-engineer — a Function app is cheaper than a Kubernetes cluster, and usually enough.
Code is a means, not the goal. I take responsibility for what ships — from the first analysis to the deploy that actually lands in production.
No surprises. Progress is visible, risks are raised early, and stakeholders know what to expect. Boring is a feature.
